ORDER DELIVERY NOTICE

Due to current logistics setbacks, there may be a delay in your estimated arrival date.

We are working extra hard to have your order delivered in a timely manner.

We appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Your orders will be delivered by the national postal service of your destination location. You might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! We offer free delivery for orders over US$50 to most of the regions in North America, Europe and Asia. Contact us if you're not sure whether your region is covered. 

  • How long does it take before my order gets shipped?

    We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year.

    Furthermore, there will be chances that the item that you ordered may run out of stock though we are doing our best to avoid this from happening. We will definitely try to get you notified as soon as possible if that happens.

    You may on and off notice during checkout that the estimated delivery time is exceptionally long. This could be due to that some products are currently having nil inventory and restock of the goods is in progress.

    Please contact our customer service team if there is any question concerning the time to dispatch.

  • After the goods are dispatched, how long does it take to deliver the package?

    The estimated delivery time displayed on the checkout page includes the preparation time to dispatch and also the shipping time altogether. The delivery time will vary a lot from location to location. In short, the shipping time alone could be around,

    7-23 business days


    Delivery time is not guaranteed as there are a lot of factors affecting its speed. The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination location. In some cases the local Customs office of your destination location may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.

  • How can I check my order status?

    You can check the status of your order with the "Tracking Number" you've received from us by email in our "Track My Order" page. In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.

IMPORTS TAXES & DUTIES

Some cities / areas / countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination location. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
